1. Acceptance

By accessing service-hazelway.click or engaging Hazelway Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Hazelway," "we," "us") for portfolio reporting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or commission our services.

2. Services described

Hazelway prepares property portfolio analytical reports, occupancy summaries, acquisition due diligence packs, and related research deliverables for real estate operators. Service scope, timeline, and fees are defined in a separate engagement letter or quote accepted by the client.

3. Website use

You may browse this website for informational purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content without written permission. You may not attempt to interfere with site security or submit unlawful content through contact forms.

4. Intellectual property

Website text, design, and branding are owned by Hazelway or licensed to us. Commissioned report folios become usable by the client for internal governance, lender submissions, and acquisition discussions as specified in the engagement letter. Hazelway retains methodology templates and anonymized aggregate learnings. Client-provided data remains the client's property.

5. Informational pricing

Rates published on this website are starting points only and do not constitute an offer. Binding quotes are issued in writing after scope review. We do not process payments through this website.

6. Accuracy of client data

Reports rely on rent rolls, operating statements, and other documents supplied by the client. Hazelway validates consistency but does not audit statutory accounts unless explicitly contracted. The client is responsible for the accuracy of source materials.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, Hazelway's liability for any claim arising from website use or reporting services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our reports are analytical briefs, not legal, tax, appraisal, or engineering certifications.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Hazelway against claims arising from inaccurate client data you provide or from your use of our reports outside agreed scope.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwangju, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
