Every engagement is quoted after a brief scope review. The figures below are entry points for typical asset counts in the Honam region. Site visits outside Jeolla province may add travel disbursements.

What affects your quote
- Asset count — Rates assume up to twelve assets for quarterly reports and eighty units for monthly summaries. Additional assets are priced per folio supplement.
- Record quality — PDF-only rent rolls requiring transcription incur a data extraction fee quoted at onboarding.
- Site visits — Acquisition due diligence includes one visit within Jeolla and Chungcheong. Further travel is billed at cost.
- Rush delivery — Drafts needed more than one week ahead of standard timeline may carry a 15–25% urgency surcharge.
- Print copies — One bound copy is included. Additional sets are ₩45,000 each.
Payment and deposits
New clients pay a 40% deposit upon engagement letter signature, with the balance due before final folio release. Monthly summary clients may arrange quarterly invoicing after two successful cycles.
