This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit service-hazelway.click, submit an enquiry, or commission portfolio reporting services.

Contact enquiries: name, email address, message content, selected report type, and approximate portfolio size.
Client engagements: business contact details, property addresses, tenant information in rent rolls, financial statements, and correspondence necessary to prepare reports.

Cookie preferences: your accept or reject choice stored locally in your browser.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, perform contracted reporting work, issue invoices, improve website content, and comply with legal obligations. Enquiry form submissions: up to twenty-four months unless an engagement follows.

10. Children

Our services are directed at business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under sixteen.

11. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email where appropriate.
